Today I received fantastic help from the service team at Islington Trowbridge. Finding myself with a major problem - drivers window stuck in down position and urgent 250 mile journey to do tomorrow - they were amazing. Saw me at very short notice and came up with an alternative plan if they couldn’t fix the problem. Having arranged this, they then managed to do the repair. Brilliant, understanding customer service particularly from Charlie in what was a very stressful situation for me.

I travel over 12 miles to this garage, deliberately missing others closer to me. This is because I found them to be superior in all aspects from selling me the car to taking care to provide the full aftercare service one expects.
