I did not receive a video link after servicing and I had to phone to find out if my vehicle was ready. We have a paper copy of the service but no online access.
Otherwise no complaints. I was pleased that it was valeted.

All of my needs and any questions were answered. The whole experience was a pleasure. As has always been in previous dealings with Citroen,as well as this one. Cant recommend highly enough.
