I would like to reach out and extend a warm thank you to Gary who dealt with my issue by phone thereby negating a visit to the dealership. 
I bought and service my car at JCB Citroen Rainham and I have had had absolutely no cause for complaint.

I took my Citroen C5 Aircross for  a full service here ......first / last time. The 37.5k service took just over 1 hour - I was charged just short of £380 (£195 labour).
The video healthcheck was unintelligible due to background noise and the checklist was worse than useless. The garage were supposed to change the brake fluid as agreed when the car was booked in --- either they didn't carry out this part of the work or they forgot to charge me for brake fluid. The car was not washed post servic

Terrible experience at jcb citron rainham Kent which cost me a lot of time and money, receipts.
I took my van to jcb for the recall and a full service my van was running perfectly with no warning lights on what so ever when I dropped the van off 
After my driver picked the van up he called me the next day and said the engine management and adblue light was on he filled the tank up but the light wouldn’t go out. I called jcb citron back the next day and told them what has happened, they

Service was completed within the promised timescale. Voucher for a drink at local cafe while I was waiting was a nice touch.
