We had a problem with our car...no one's fault.
A sensor stopped working and it caused lots of other damage and problems.
We booked it into Citroën, they did a full diagnostic check, found the problem and gave us a full breakdown of the the cost of the repairs. No hidden extras lurking.
They kept the car overnight, ordered the parts and fixed it the next day. It was ready at the stated time. A young lady rang me to tell me. I didn't have to ring them!
