Since taken over by the Bannerman group, customer loyalty and communication is not what it was. We have been a customer for many years, had 3 cars from them and they also did all the servicing, repairs etc. A few months ago, had to get the recovery out to our Citroen, was told we needed a new battery, phoned up, was told they could not take our car into the garage for at least 2 weeks, we was going on holiday in a few days, made no difference, we went to another garage.
