Communication between the person on the desk and mechanics was poor. They was not sure what exact work was done. Also the advised repair did not fix my issue so felt that I paid for something which was not required. Took a nearly 2 weeks to receive a diagnostic report. They also left screws in my car which they forgot to screw back after I got my MOT done.
