The initial problem was an oil pressure fault and there was a delay in getting it booked in for diagnostic and repair. When the fault reoccurred 3 months later, it was a 6 week delay until further diagnostics and confusion over what work was under guarantee and the costs. It was unclear if the 1st repair was in fact needed, but in the end, a repair was carried out. Polite and friendly service, but had to ring a few times to chase updates and promised call backs.
