Car was booked in for it’s 2nd Service and a warranty job. Car was not ready on the day it was supposed to be and the wrong Service was carried out. We are concerned this will impact our manufacturer’s warranty and were told it would be sorted; nothing happened. We phoned twice and spoke to two separate ladies who promised it would be sorted; nothing happened. We have written two polite letters to CMC (second sent recorded); no replies received. CMC used to be great. We won't be going back.
