I was told the quote I received was active for 28 days, however when returning after 26 days to place an order I was told this was not the case and a discount no longer applied. When completing the order I discovered the trade-in price for the Citroen I was part-exchanging had been reduced by £550 - I had not been informed at any time during the sales process that this was the case. Consequently if I am to proceed with the deal I shall be £2000 worse off than 26 days ago - this is unacceptable .
